As with any of our projects, our customers are NEVER required to use our services to maintain, update or add new functionality.
There are no contracts, no hidden clauses or hidden costs. Once the original job has been completed it is delivered, setup and tested until the customer is happy and then the documentation and source code are handed over. All of our customers do however request our support and we basically offer 3 choices when asked.
Option 1
A day rate for each site call out - We normally offer telephone support for free.
Option 2
An amount of money is paid monthly for us to support the products. There are never any other charges made in connection with support for these products.
Option 3
Full IT Support. For an agreed monthly figure based on size and amount of equipment all your IT needs are looked after.
From printers not working, to sourcing hardware, supporting software, setting up servers and email - EVERYTHING is looked after so you have no more IT headaches. Additional charges are only made if we have to purchase something such as hardware or services on your behalf.
Without exception all of my customer go for option 3, its low cost and its saves a lot of money and time and gives peace of mind.
